Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Ultralight Electrical & Lighting Stores, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture or component doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all mounting hardware and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the electrical components for safety and quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
